We hope you never have to file a claim, but if you do, we are here to help. If you have a claim, we prefer if you give us a call first. Many times we are able to help determine if filing a claim is in your best interest or assist in understand the process – which can reduce frustration for you.
If it is after business hours or on a weekend and you are unable to reach us immediately, we do recommend that you call the insurance company who you are insured with.
It is helpful to have your policy number handy when you call, and if you do file a claim please notify us as well so we can be ready to help.
